First time here. Brisket was very good. Nice seasoning on it. Pulled pork was good. Baked beans were great too! No complaints. I'll be back!

Love this veteran family owned restaurant The owner was a very nice man as well as his son. The food is probably 10 out of 10 of any barbecue in Alcoa and Knoxville highly recommend I had the brisket and pulled pork. My son did the slider meal. Everything was wonderful.

Hatcher’s On Target BBQ is a hidden gem just outside of Knoxville. Their brisket is smoky and tender, with a perfect crust. It melts in your mouth, tender and juicy too! The pulled pork is flavorful! Can’t go wrong with any of his sides! The sauces are out of this world. If you're in town, don't miss this spot!
I am a foodie and eat all over the country. This at least ties the best brisket I’ve had. Good selection of sauces and sides. Collards were great, Mac and cheese was good but nothing special. Pickle fries were delicious. Finally a great bbq joint around Knoxville
